About Me
My name is Darrius Golson (aka DrayDaSpectr). I am a personal trainer and the President of Goals in Fitness. I focus on strength training, weight loss and functional/restorative training. In my years of work, I have gained experience with high school and college athletes, individuals with special circumstances including physical impairments or post-surgical scenarios, major fitness enthusiasts, and more.
I apply my Goals-based training approach to instill discipline, self-management skills and a positive outlook into my clients.
